Report: Everton management convinced their star player to stay for another season. Who……………..?

Football Insider has been informed by sources that Everton is attempting to convince Jarrad Branthwaite to stay for an additional season.

After making 38 appearances in all competitions this season, the 21-year-old would be free to depart in the summer of 2025.
At the end of the current season, Everton and the player’s camp will have desperate negotiations.

Manchester United is reportedly very interested in the defender and has made him their top centre-back target for the upcoming summer, according to sources who spoke to Football Insider.

Everton’s defensive ace plan was made public.
According to sources, the Red Devils are optimistic that the Toffees will accept a deal of between £60 and £70 million.

Branthwaite returned to Merseyside to establish himself as a vital member of Sean Dyche’s squad after spending the previous campaign on loan at PSV in the Netherlands.
Jordan Pickford is making an impressive impression behind the central defence duo of James Tarkowski and the youthful defender, who have forged a dangerous relationship. With three goals, he has also contributed in the final third.

Branthwaite was picked by Gareth Southgate for his team for the March international break, and the manager has rewarded him for his outstanding performances with a call-up to England.
Football Insider is aware that Everton would not be able to sign a high-profile replacement if the youthful defender decided to go during the summer transfer window.
