Floyd Mayweather recently spent $1 million on a premium collection, making him the only person in the world to acquire one…

Mayweather retired from professional boxing in 2017 having pocketed over an estimated $1.2 billion [£900 million] in total earnings, but has continued to fight in money-spinning exhibitions.

Due to his extraordinary fighting prowess, “TBE” has accumulated a substantial fortune, and he frequently flaunts his mansions, expensive clothes, supercars, and large sums of money. But even for the cash-flush icon, who has decided to part with $1 million [£748,900] for four luxury clocks, his most recent transaction is a significant one.

The 47-year-old is now the only person in the world to possess each of the four gemstone-encrusted timepieces in four distinct hues from the Avi & Co. Hue range.

Each collector’s piece cost $250,000 [£187,200], a retail price Mayweather could not reject, bringing the total cost to $1 million. The collection was housed in a limited-edition winder-display box in New York prior to the acquisition.

The four watches, which were created by the upscale company Avi & Co. and launched in 2009, are available in three distinct colours: blue, pink, and green. The designer of the clothing has a star-studded customer list that includes some of the biggest names in the world and regularly supplies timepieces to artists, sports figures, and celebrities.

According to reports, Mayweather bought all four colours because he couldn’t decide between them and hoped to wear them alternately. After purchasing the timepieces, Mayweather stated, “The Hue collection hits hard.” “I am asked about my Avi & Co. watches all the time. It seems natural to me.”

Forbes claims that Mayweather already possesses seven of the timepieces, demonstrating his affinity for the company. He is one of my closest friends, according to designer Avi Hiaeve. We have a long history of commercial dealings together and support one another socially and personally. “We discuss other topics. He has consistently stood with me.”

Given that Mayweather received an astounding $22.5 million after selling his opulent Los Angeles property, it is understandable why he has indulged in yet another extravagance. Despite retiring with a perfect 50-0 record, he has also continued to earn substantial sums of money from his boxing adventures.

In a fight in Mexico, he triumphed over John Gotti III in his most recent match. With so few fights left for the former five-weight world champion, it is questionable if Mayweather will stick in the ring.
