28-year-old player from West Ham listed for sale after just 22 months at London Stadium

According to reports, West Ham United has listed a specific player for sale ahead of the summer transfer season.

One player has been placed up for sale as David Moyes looks to trim down West Ham’s roster in the summer transfer window to help fund his own buying spree.

This summer, up to 12 players—including those whose contracts are about to expire—may depart London Stadium.

If you take a careful look, the London Stadium squad actually lacks any sort of balance.

The majority of them are players who are overpaid and who have just not performed well enough over the last year or two.

Regretfully, a large number of Hammers players fit that description. While Moyes has a plethora of extremely talented players who are a major asset to the team, some of the players at the club are simply not good enough for the Premier League.

Over the previous two years, Moyes has hired some dubious people. That must be the reason the club brought in Tim Steidten the previous summer.

Transfer managers cannot afford to make any more costly errors if we are to see real improvement as a team over the next few years.

It appears that one of Moyes’s most significant acquisitions may be about to depart the team.

The 28-year-old player is for sale at West Ham.
Back in the summer of 2022, Hammers boss Moyes made what we all considered to be a rather spectacular signing.

We all believed he would be the ideal complement to Moyes’s team and help us reach new heights.

But that has obviously not been the case, and his time at the London Stadium is running out.

Nayef Aguerd, a centre back for the Hammers, is anticipated to go up for sale this summer, according to a report by Jacob Steinberg of The Guardian.

I’m not surprised at all by this, since the 28-year-old centre defender has performed horribly for us in the last 12 months.

With its extreme speed and physicality, Premier League football is an incredibly bad fit for him. It does raise the question of whether we did enough scouting on him before signing him.

Aguerd has long been associated with the exit of London Stadium, and Cameron Carter-Vickers is among the players being considered to take his position.

Given Steinberg’s report that West Ham has placed the Moroccan player up for sale, I absolutely anticipate the player leaving the team this summer.
