Police Hunt: 30 Nottingham Forest… taken from the car’s boot, prompting a police search.

Thirty Nottingham Forest uniforms were taken from the boot of a senior official’s car belonging to the women’s team, prompting a police search. Because of the sponsor’s name on the front of the shirts, the distinctive kits—which come with training gear—are different from the others. The public is asked to keep an eye out for the kits after the incident on September 12, according to Nottinghamshire Police. “The shirts are distinctive because the sponsor is exclusive to the Women’s Team,” a force spokesperson stated.

“The kits will have the players’ names on the back along with player number and not many of these shirts have been sold but are available to fans.” Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 098 of September 12. It is understood the kits were taken from the operations manager of the women’s team

The team are currently top of the National League Northern Premier Division table after seven games, having won five and drawn two. Although the male kits are now sponsored by the Asian digital sports platform Kaiyun Sports, the women’s team kits continue to be sponsored by energy company E.on Next.

Forest confirmed the kits were stolen from a car belonging to the Women’s Operations Manager.
