Kamara, meanwhile, remains available in around 29% of Yahoo leagues entering Week 3. Although his situation differs from that of the deeper waiver-wire options, his availability means some managers may still have a chance to add a veteran running back with an established fantasy track record.
The key for fantasy managers is to focus on opportunity rather than simply looking for recognizable names. A player receiving consistent touches or playing a meaningful role in the passing game can have value even when he is not expected to dominate his team’s backfield.
